Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use The Mansio. Please read them — especially the parts about what this service is and is not, and the limits of our responsibility.

Not for emergencies. The Mansio is education and support — it is not a crisis service and not a substitute for professional or medical care. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number (e.g. 112 in the EU, 911 in the US) or a crisis line now. Crisis resources on the site are always free and need no account.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using themansio.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. What the Service is — and is not

4. The AI

An AI assistant, not a human professional, may personalize the wording of your plan and check-in results. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Your risk level and any safety routing are decided by a fixed, rule-based engine, not by the AI. Do not rely on the Service for emergencies, dosing, withdrawal, detox, or medication decisions.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for anyone under 18; attempting to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; using it to harm others; or using it in place of emergency care. We may suspend or end access for breach.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your own inputs remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its information is complete or suitable for your situation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes take effect when posted (with an updated date) or as notified. We may suspend or discontinue the Service. You may stop using it at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction — subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms: [email protected].

The Mansio is private recovery support and education, alongside professional care, never instead of it. This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In a crisis, contact your local emergency number.
