Medical Disclaimer

Please read this carefully. It explains the limits of what The Mansio is, so you can use it safely.
Not medical advice
The Mansio provides education and supportive, self-guided tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing here should be taken as such.
Not a substitute for professional care
The Service is designed to work alongside professional care, never instead of it. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor, therapist, or other health professional with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or were told here.
Not a medical device, not a clinician
The Mansio is not a medical device, and using it does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. The screening result is an educational indication, not a diagnosis.
The AI has limits
An AI assistant, not a human professional, personalizes the wording of your plan and check-in results. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it is not a source for emergencies, medication, dosing, withdrawal, or detox decisions. Those require a clinician. Your risk level and safety routing are decided by a fixed, rule-based engine, not by the AI.
Withdrawal and detox can be dangerous
Stopping some substances suddenly, alcohol or benzodiazepines in particular, can be physically dangerous. Do not change heavy or daily use without medical guidance. If you may be at risk, seek medically supervised care.
Individual results vary
Recovery is personal. Tools that help one person may not help another, and no particular outcome is promised.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the Service and for decisions you make. By using The Mansio you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer and our Terms of Service.
The Mansio is private recovery support and education, alongside professional care, never instead of it. This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In a crisis, contact your local emergency number.
